菲律宾奎松市(Quezon City)市长乔伊·贝尔蒙特(Joy Belmonte)周五透露，首都区市长们通过大岷理事会(MMC)已经提议对来自高危地区的外省居民施加提交新冠检测报告的要求，此举是为防止德尔塔变异在首都区社区中进一步传播。
